Wherever you live in Monmouth, Middlesex or Ocean county, you're part of a greater community. And you're the reason why Visiting Nurse Association of Central Jersey is here.
As a voluntary, non-profit organization, our focus is on the health and well-being of all who live here.
You've probably seen our VNACJ team enroute to their patients. Each day more than 450 nurses, 150 therapists and social workers and over 200 home health aides bring their skilled care and compassion in equal measure directly to patients' homes and communities.
Perhaps a member of your family has benefitted from our Senior Wellness or Healthy Family Programs. Maybe they received a flu shot through our community immunization efforts or benefitted from one of the many other healing and health-promoting services we provide to all residents, young and old, whenever needed, without regard to social status or ability to pay.
We're proud to provide our special brand of home-based community health care to thousands of area residents each week. Last year we served over 100,000 individuals. This year we hope to help even more.
Because we can't have strong, vibrant communities if the people who live in them aren't healthy themselves.
