Social Worker for Burlington and Camden County homecare coverage.Primary Function of the Job: To resolve social or emotional problems that are, or are expected to be, an impediment to the effective treatment of the patient’s medical condition or their rate of recovery.
Education/Licensing/Experience: Masters Degree in Social Work. Valid NJ LSW. One year supervised clinical experience. Valid NJ drivers license. Community health experience preferred. Bilingual preferred.
