Bereavement Support and Grief Counseling
"It happened so suddenly.
We're having difficulty coping with the loss."
Bereavement Support Groups
The VNACJ Hospice Program provides Bereavement Support Groups for friends and families who have lost a loved one (at least four months prior to the start of the group).
Groups are offered throughout the year at VNACJ locations in Middlesex, Monmouth, and Ocean counties. The groups are led by nurses and social workers with expertise in grief intervention. They are open to the public and are not limited to participants in the hospice program.
