At the VNACJ Community Health Centers, comprehensive primary care and wellness services, including mental health services, are available for everyone from newborns to senior citizens. The centers are staffed by nurse practitioners who work closely with physicians.

When you come to one of our health centers you will receive the best care from skilled healthcare professionals who care about you and your family. You will learn how to maintain good health and can feel confident that your current health care needs are being well taken care of. If you need help locating other services or healthcare resources, our knowledgeable staff can assist you.

VNACJ community health centers are federally qualified and in 2006 alone, provided services to approximately 7,500 adults, children and teens in our community. More than 500 expectant mothers received prenatal care.
