Our home care health aides often spend more time with the patient than anyone else and become a vital link between the patient, family members and other healthcare providers. Because they play such an important role, we look for certain qualities — compassion, patience, reliability, and a true desire to help others.

All VNACJ aides are certified by the NJ State Board of Nursing and work under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse to assist you with the activities of daily living.

Aides are available on an hourly or live-in (24-hour basis) to meet your personalized needs.

Support services can include:

• Personal care
• Bathing, grooming, dressing
• Walking, light exercise
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Shopping and errands
• Child care, including newborns
• Respite care
• Post-operative care, including cosmetic surgery
