As one of the ten largest visiting nurse associations in the nation and the largest home care provider of community based services in New Jersey, our goal is to help you and your family live healthier, safer lives—regardless of your ability to pay. And we are good at what we do.

In 2008 alone, we provided life-enhancing care to more than 103,000 people in Monmouth, Middlesex, Mercer, Somerset, Union, Burlington, Gloucester and Ocean counties. In 2009, we added Essex and Hudson counties with the addition of our newest family member - Essex Valley VNA. Each year we provide approximately $6 million in community care through charitable fund raising and grants. These funds enable us to make a positive impact in our region, by helping the elderly, at-risk infants, children and families, the traumatically injured and the terminally ill. We improve the health of our communities, provide education and wellness programs and prepare for emergencies that we all hope will never happen.
